The peony blooms as a symbol of eternal love and forgiveness — a gentle reminder to choose yourself, and forgive yourself, one day at a time.
Choose yourself, every day.
Never give up on yourself.
On your hardest days,
choose to forgive yourself.
Growth is not linear.
Every bloom takes time.
welcome, beautiful soul
Hi! I'm Yuni, and I made this journal just for you. 💕
Every single day you open these pages, you're choosing yourself — and that takes courage.
Whether you're processing a hard day, celebrating small wins, or just trying to put your
thoughts somewhere safe, I want you to know: I'm cheering for you.
Because every day truly is another day, and another chance to grow, heal, and begin again. 🌿
how to use your journal
When you open Today's Entry, you'll see two options at the top of the page:
For starting your day with intention. You'll be asked what you're looking forward to, how you can make today better, what you're grateful for, and how your day is going.
For ending your day with reflection. You'll walk through how the day went, what could have been better, something kind you did or noticed, something you want to let go of, and a private message to yourself.
You can switch between morning and evening mode anytime — the prompts will update right away.
Each day starts fresh. Here's what you'll find:
- Daily scripture — a verse chosen just for today, to ground you before you begin.
- Mood check-in — pick one or more emojis that match how you feel. No judgment, ever.
- Guided prompts — gentle questions to help you reflect (changes based on morning or evening mode).
- Gratitude — three things you're thankful for today, big or small.
- Day rating — a 1–10 star rating so you can look back and see your patterns over time.
- Photos & Videos — capture a moment from today. These stay private on your device.
You don't have to fill in everything. Even one line is enough. Showing up is what matters.
Not a fan of the day-streak counter? Open the Aa font button in the corner and switch it off under "Display" — it's entirely optional.
Sometimes you just need to write. Free Write is a blank, open page where you can let it all out — your prayers, your feelings, a letter to someone, a poem, a rant, a dream. Whatever it is, it's safe here.
You can choose a paper style (lined, dotted, blank, or journal-ruled) to make it feel like your own notebook. Your writing saves automatically as you type.
There's no right or wrong way to use this page. Write a single sentence or fill the whole page — it's yours.
At the start of each month, head to Monthly Goals and write down what you want to focus on. The categories are yours to name — tap any category title to rename it to something personal, like "faith", "self-care", "work", or "family".
- Add as many goals as you want under each category.
- Check them off as you go — each tick is a small win worth celebrating. 🎉
- Your goals are saved month by month, so you can always look back.
Start with 1–2 goals per category so it feels achievable, not overwhelming. Small steps add up.
Daily Routines is a lighter, day-by-day companion to Monthly Goals. Sort tasks into color-coded sections — tap the pencil (or the section name itself) to rename any of them to fit your life, like "Spiritual Life", "Family", or "Work".
- Add a task as Every day, Specific days (pick exactly which weekdays), or One-time — it disappears on its own once you check it off.
- Give a recurring task an optional end date so it stops appearing once it's no longer needed.
- Use the ‹ › arrows to check any day, past or future — a peek at "Tomorrow" always shows below today's list.
- Add your own sections with the + card, choosing whatever color fits.
Routines currently live only on this device — they don't sync to the cloud yet while the feature is still settling in.
At the end of the month (or anytime, really), open Monthly Recap to see a snapshot of your journey: how many days you wrote, what your most common moods were, your overall rating for the month, and space to write a personal reflection on how the month went.
Reading back on your own growth is one of the most powerful things you can do. Don't skip this one.
Every photo or video you attach to a journal entry gets saved to your Gallery. Think of it as a visual diary — a collection of moments that made up your days.
Tap any photo to see which entry it came from, so the memory always has context and meaning.
You don't need to write a lot on the days you upload a photo. Sometimes a picture really is worth a thousand words.
Your journal comes in seven palettes — six soft daytime tones plus a starry Midnight. To switch, look for the 🎨 palette icon in the top-right corner of any page and tap it.
Your theme is saved automatically — it'll be waiting for you every time you come back.
You're already doing something beautiful just by being here. This journal is your safe space — no one judges you, no one grades you, and there are no wrong answers. Every entry you write, no matter how short, is proof that you chose yourself today.
